In the previous post, I wrote about the 16 Power-Over Tools of Oppression found in my Theory of Indivisibility infographic, how each tool can be self-imposed or used against others, and their detrimental effects on the environment. In today’s post, we are going to explore the Power-With Tools of Liberation that individuals intent on reducing harm and amplifying liberatory practices in their relationship with themself and others can use to transition away from using Power-Over Tools of Oppression.

I believe that if people reject using Power-Over Tools of Oppression and instead use Power-With Tools of Liberation within themselves, their relationships, and their communities, it will unify people and help them to feel safer physically, emotionally, and psychologically and naturally support environmental sustainability.
